The 3D_CHROME consortium

The 3D_CHROME strategic research initiative (IRS) brings together biologists, bioinformaticians, physicists and mathematicians with an interest in 3D genome organization from 14 institutes within the University Paris-Saclay community. The objective of the consortium is to set up a multidisciplinary research and training network to develop and apply innovative technology to determine, disseminate and predict the structure and function of genome organization, with applications ranging from biophysical modeling and single-cell studies to evolutionary implications.
